We recently carried out a Pre-Purchase Inspection Report for a client.

We found the front PVC door had been poorly fitted. The door was off square. the door had expanding foam that hadn't been trimmed back and there was no silicon seal internally or externally.

The biggest problem we discovered was the window over the door had been fitted back to front with the external weep vent covers actually on the inside of the property.
