Our Engineer has over 25 years experience in Construction, Management, Fire Safety, Building Services Planning and Design on some of Ireland’s biggest and most notable project's. We have experience in Domestic, Commercial and Industrial backgrounds. We are highly familiar with traditional and modern building techniques and regulations.
Our Inspection team each have over 35 years experience in Construction and different backgrounds of inspection. The whole team has come together and utilised each others key strengths to continuously develop the most through inspection process and reporting system.

Our company was born out of the necessity of pre-purchase property inspection and started off with friends and family and soon developed into one of Ireland’s leading snag list companies.
As an Independent building expert we are there for you. We will work on your behalf with your builder to help deliver as close to a perfect property as possible. We identify poor workmanship on your behalf. We help guide you through the stressful process of dealing with site foremen or selling agents and will always work in our client’s best interest.
